After your payment is confirmed, profile review is completed within 24 hours at most. During busy periods, this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email at each stage.

Do I have to upload photos?

No. Photo upload is not mandatory. However, we would like to note that profiles with photos receive more interest. Even if you upload photos, you can use the "hide" option to prevent your photos from appearing on your profile.

How does communication work? Will my phone number be shared?

Communication is entirely email-based. There is no phone number field in the system and it is never shared in any way. When the other party shows interest and sends a request, email addresses are mutually shared after both parties' consent.

The rejection reason is clearly stated by email and on your profile page. You can make the necessary corrections and create a new publication request. No payment refund is made in case of rejection; however, re-review after editing is free.

Yes. The platform operates under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Your personal data is stored encrypted and is not shared with third parties.

I want to delete my profile or close my account. What should I do?

You can permanently delete your account from the "Account Settings" page. In this process, your profile, photos, and all your data are irreversibly deleted.

Which country do I need to live in to join the platform?
